Barako
Barako coffee is the Philippine term for coffee produced in the provinces of Batangas and Cavite. This Philippine coffee is of the Liberica variety. Liberica is rare and exotic, grown only in 3 countries out of about 70 coffee producing countries in the world. The first Barako tree was a  cutting from Brazil planted in the 1800s in Barangay Pinagtung-Ulan, Batangas by the Macasaet family. Barako coffee has strong taste, flavor, and has a distinctively pungent aroma.  This is the classic taste of the Philippine Islands.

Sagada Dark Roast
Perhaps our most popular coffee is the Sagada Arabica. Arabica coffee has always been highly prized throughout the world. Arabica is indigenous to Ethiopia and Yemen and is believed to be the first known species of coffee to be cultivated, having been grown for well over 1000 years. It is usually cultivated between 1,300 and 1,500 meters altitude, but there are plantations as low as sea level and as high as 2,800 m.

The magical village of Sagada, located high up in Mt. Province, provides the perfect climate and locale to grow Arabica coffee. Our Arabica is organically grown and we always give it a dark roast, resulting in a somewhat sweet, aromatic flavor. You will positively love it.
